If the non-inspected products shipped? What I have to do?

It changes on the base of the destination country procedures. 

For Somalia, products in Somalia Ports has to inspect and laboratory analysis at 17020 accredited lab have to done. If results are comply with the requirements, than Certificate can be issued. Otherwise NCR “Non-Conformity Report” will be issued.
